Our exchange policy aims to provide customers with complete confidence regarding the products purchased from our store.
All of our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.
We also process exchanges for items that differ from what the customer originally ordered.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, please follow the steps below to request an exchange:

If more than 7 business days have passed and the product shows a defect or fault, please contact us, order number, the product to be returned, and a description of the issue.
As soon as we receive your message, your request will be forwarded to our Quality Department for evaluation. Approval from this department is required to proceed with an exchange. Once the analysis is complete, we will contact you with the result and confirm whether an exchange is necessary.

Exchanges for these reasons must be requested within 90 days of receiving the product.
⚠️ We do not offer exchanges or refunds after this period.

Your complaint will be reviewed within 7 business days, and if the issue is confirmed, we will contact you via email. You may then choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund of the amount paid

  • A replacement product identical to the one originally ordered

  • A similar product of equal value

  • A coupon for the value of the product, to use on future purchases

According to the Consumer Defense Code (CDC), requests for cancellation of online purchases must be made within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

For credit card refunds, our Finance Department has up to 7 business days to process the reversal with the credit card company. Depending on your billing cycle and provider, the refund may take up to 120 days to reflect on your statement.

If a bank transfer refund is necessary, it will be processed within 10 business days after the quality review, and will only be made to a bank account that matches the CPF used on our site.

Returned products without prior notice, beyond the allowed timeframe, missing items, labels, or invoices will be sent back to the customer.
The same applies to exchanges that are rejected after inspection by our Quality Department. These items will be sent back, and the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

⚠️ LITTLE BUY NOW is not responsible for return shipping costs in cases of refund, chargebacks, or exchanges for other products. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
